Mrs. Bill Harman spent the weekend in Levelland with sisters. Flossie Kirkland dined with Mr. and Mrs. B. H. Denson. Dee Chandler of Stanton visited Mr. and Mrs. Edd Kinard and his sister, Mr. Henry Armstrong. The Emfinger family from Littlefield and a Lub bock cousin visited Mr. Emfinger and his sisters Mrs. Chil ders and Mrs. Smith. Mrs. Heathcott’s California sister stays with her as Heathcott receives medical care in Hendrick Hospital Abilene. Chum Cathey moved to his daughter’s Winters home. John Green has left the hospital for his son Carl’s home. Mrs. Tom Holder returned from Winters Hospital. Mrs. J. O. Sanford, once a Winters Hospital patient, now at home and improving. Ike and Annie Phillips with Leonard, Bessie Phillips at Frank’s bedside in Killeen. Mrs. Eugene Rodgers had surgery in Abilene and stays with her parents. Mr. and Mrs. C. J. Cornett visited Gene Virden’s home and niece Mrs. Dan Stanley from Washington. Out‑of‑town mourners at Mrs. J. H. Bryan’s funeral included many from Ballinger, Brownfield, Maverick, Abilene, Fort Worth, San Angelo, Midland, and Dallas.
