Two letters from Winona residents praise Prof Moore for spectacles that improved reading and writing endurance. Mrs N J Browning notes eight years of satisfaction and stronger eyes after switching to these glasses. Mrs Sinas Bratey adds that glasses bought two years ago gave good satisfaction and she recommends them.
All spectacles bought may be exchanged within one year if they do not fit. Professor Moore guarantees to fit the eye so reading and threading are easy as when young. He will visit the town every six or nine months, with office at Jewel Hotel in this city. Office hours are 12 to 1:30 p.m. and 6 to 7:30 p.m. Sundays 10 a.m. to 12 m. and 2 to 5 p.m. for those who cannot come on week days. Leave name and address at the hotel for eye examinations. Prof. Moore will remain only a few days due to engagements.
The government revises its postal stamps with a newer, more elaborate design this year. The postmaster general explains the change keeps costs low, noting New York firms handle engraving and supply all stamps.
