Windfall Volunteer Fire Department reschedules its second newspaper drive to September 25 due to the Tipton County Park Festival. Citizens should save newspapers and arrange drop off by calling Bud Yohe or Joe Coffin after 3 pm on weekdays. Proceeds fund a new fire station.
