Windfall Development Corp backs downtown shopping center plan
The Windfall Development Corp has tentatively chosen to build a downtown shopping center with backing from the SBA. Forty three investors each contributed 300 dollars, forming a tied group of directors who seek to attract new businesses and generate jobs while promising community return on investment. The project aims to revitalize Windfall with a downtown site and invites more residents to join. The next meeting is set for Wednesday, November 18 at Union State Bank.
