A special meeting was held to arrange funeral ceremonies for Geo. E. Bushnell treasurer of the company. A resolutions committee of ex captains was formed to prepare remarks and report at tomorrow night’s meeting. The group will meet at 2 30 pm to attend the funeral at 3 pm and other fire companies were invited to join in full uniform without music. Honorary pallbearers will include many senior members as the engine house is draped in mourning.

Funeral Services for Mrs Gill Held at Rev Wilson Residence

Fairfax Hall will hold the commencement exercises on Tuesday night June 14 in the institute hall under the Presbyterian Church patronage. Bees Sting Local Boy During Afternoon Game Near Factory
A swarm stung Tom Taylor while playing ball near Charles Miller's knitting factory. He suffered bites on the face and hands and was carried to Franck Baker's drug store for treatment. Dr. Miller prescribed care and Tom was taken home to Washington street.
