Worthington Buggy Nearly Upset in High Winds
Mr. Edgar Worthington traveling representative for Worthington Tobacco Company near Frederick City Md faced strong gales yesterday. Five miles from Middletown he lost part of his buggy, sheltered behind a house, then tried to return to Frederick City but a fodder stack toppled and the team bolted. He reports five miles covered in 11 12 minutes.

James Pinkerton Dies After Stroke At 60s Bank Official
James C. Pinkerton a thirty year Bank of North America employee in Philadelphia died last Monday at Presbyterian Hospital from a stroke ending in paralysis. He served ten years as assistant cashier and was respected by bank officials and friends. He lectured locally and was brother in law to Mrs. John F. Jones of Piccadilly Street who attended the funeral.
