Colored barber Cyrus Howard dies suddenly in Winchester
Cyrus Howard a well known colored barber of Winchester died of heart disease yesterday evening in Henry Barnett's barber shop on Piccadilly street. He was about 66, survived by a widow Virginia Lamb kin and daughter Ella Jennings, with brother Bward Howard in Milwaukee. Funeral Sunday at 3 from the colored M. B. Church, burial in Orriel cemetery. He was a respected, industrious member of the community.
