E G Hollis Dies. Longtime Winchester Printer Veteran Leader
E G Hollis born near Richmond over 70 years ago. He worked from apprentice to journeyman printer then editor and reporter. He served in the Confederate army, commanded a company at Gettysburg, and later held public posts in Winchester. Survived by widow Virginia, five children, one brother. Funeral Sunday at 4 pm at Grace Lutheran with Masons and Turner Ashby Camp attending.
