Winchester court appoints master for Lupton estate case
Decree from the Corporation Court of Winchester Virginia dated November 24 1908 directs a master to determine the estate of John S Lupton deceased and the interests of his co partners creditors and heirs. Notices will publish for four weeks and creditors of Lupton and related estates are summoned to appear December 28 1940 at the office of the master commissioner.
