Death of Mrs Henry Kerns in Whitacre Virginia
Mrs Henry M Kerns dies suddenly at her home near Whitacre Virginia at about noon. Her husband was away at the store when the attack occurred and their son Lee Kerns and Wesley Kerns were present. Interment will be at Boinezer on Wednesday with services by Elder Roy Schmucker of the Disciples Church.

Miss Nannie Quick Dies in Quicksburg Age 70
Miss Nannie Quick died at her home one mile west of Quicksburg Virginia after a week's pneumonia at about seventy. She was a cousin of the late Confederate Captain Jack Adams and of Justice T C Adams of Gainesboro. Her funeral is set for tomorrow morning.
