The Back Creek District registrars announce a multi precinct registration drive under the 1902 Virginia constitution. Registration will occur at Dry Run Russell's Cherry Grove Lamp's Spellman's Gore Rock Enon and other sites from September 8 to September 20 1902 with varying daily hours. Registrars T. E. Morrison Meredith Anderson and J. W. Hemmellwright preside.

On Thursdays July 24 August 21 September 4 18 and October 2 16 1902 excursions to Niagara Falls will be run from the Cumberland Valley line. Tickets good on regular V R BR No 4 and connecting PRB trains. Return on any regular train within ten days with Buffalo stopover. Train leaves Winchester 7 30 a m. Round trip price ten dollars.
