The Frederick County W C T U met at Market Street Methdist Church with delegates from Winchester Brucetown Stephens City and Mountain Falls. Mrs Maurice M Lynch welcomed visitors and Mrs M L Welles national lecturer spoke on temperance linking the union to the church. The meeting adjourned for 2 pm with reports from four unions and new officers to be elected.
