At Friday's Winchester Fire Department meeting presided by J A R Baldwin the group discussed buying a new hose wagon due to the current wagon's poor condition. A committee will meet the Council fire committee to seek approval, while nonmembers were warned off the wagons and the chief threatened prosecution for riders. Active membership stands at fifty one.
