Prisoner Injured In Rockpile Accident At Owingsville
Jamie Thompson a prisoner in Owingsville Kentucky was seriously hurt when a rock scale struck his eye driven by another inmate's hammer. The blow destroyed his sight and required removal of the eyeball. Thompson claims he has never been arrested or tried and was unlawfully forced to work and plans to seek damages from the town.
