Six Months Jail For Drunk Driving In Frederick County
Henry Kerns and Sprinkle were each sentenced to six months on the state convict road for operating an automobile while intoxicated. Each also faced a $100 fine and costs, plus a one year automobile operating ban. The men, who were intoxicated, collided with a Canada bound attorney’s car on the Martinsburg pike after taking a parachute jumper along for the ride. Sprinkle pleaded for mercy citing his family, while the judge cited risk to families in the area.
