Williamsburg banker W Davis Conrad died in New York City after an illness. He served in Mexico and in World War I and became a prominent attorney in the metropolis. Funeral arrangements were announced for the following day.
W Davis Conrad attorney for Winchester died of heart disease in New York City on West Twelfth street. Identification was confirmed by ecards and by his cousin David J Randall. At his sister’s request his body was sent to Winchester today from the Fifth Avenue Hotel morgue.
A telegram announced the sudden death of W Davis Conrad in New York City. The Winchester native was a renowned attorney with admiralty expertise and a long career including service at the United States Shipping Board. His funeral is set for tomorrow in Winchester with burial at Mount Hebron. Global events and family notices are noted as his brother Daniel B Conrad travels from Hamilton, Canada.

The Martinsburg West Virginia and Waynesboro Virginia plants are at full capacity, with the recent Waynesboro unit replacing a burned facility.
