Man Killed as Auto Hits Pedestrian on Valley Pike
Philip H. Baldwin 29 of Cordova West Virginia was struck and killed near Kernstown on the Valley Pike by an automobile driven by Miss Arbutus Stange of Baltimore Maryland. The car skidded after the impact and overturned with no charges filed against the occupants. Baldwin, a farmer, was dead on arrival at Parlett's funeral home. His brother David Baldwin arranged for burial in Cordova Greenbrier County West Virginia.
