A new rest room and meeting center will open in Winchester in the Bantz property beside the County Clerk's office. The space to be remodeled by November 1 will house writing facilities telephones newspapers and periodicals for county residents and Winchester visitors. It will be run with the Winchester Chamber of Commerce and serve as a central meeting point with entrances from Court House Square and the plaza.
