Edwina Louise Manuel, 15, of 5028 Loudoun Street, died at City Hospital Martinsburg at 10 45 pm from injuries from a October 21 crash. A Buick convertible with six youths was sideswiped by a hit and run truck at Bun ker Hill. she was thrown from the rumble seat and suffered severe head injuries.
