Dr Otto Fisher and two co defendants must go on trial Monday on indictments connected with the death of Miss Lonnie Muriel Beckone. In Circuit Court Judge A Jay Valentine overruled a demurrer and set the case for trial. Beckone was found dead in Fisher's office last month triggering arrests of the physician, his nurse Loretta Whetzel and Orville Liskey of Harrisonburg Virginia.
