Obituary: Arthur Edwards Dies After Long Illness
Arthur Thomas Edwards aged 49 died after an eight month illness at Memorial Hospital. A native of Ohio, he lived in Winchester 18 years and worked in barrel cooperage most of his life including 18 years at Virginia Barrel Company. He married Emma Lockhart in 1917 and leaves a son, his mother, two brothers, a sister, and an Oak Hollywood California family. Funeral services are set at the Church of Christ with Odd Fellows as honorary pallbearers.
