Fines Imposed For City Auto Tag Violations
Seven people were found guilty of lacking city auto tags as Winchester police began a street by street inquiry to enforce the ordinance. Five dollar fines plus four dollars and twenty five cents costs were paid by listed defendants including Joseph Paul Harry and John W. Moreland.
