Lester Shatzer a 16 year old youth sentenced to the Industrial School has filed an appeal through his father D Shatzer. The appeal may be heard before Judge Whiting in the Corporation Court probably on Monday at the October term. The youth says he was guilty only of taking a small amount of money at the Henry Batt store and received a dollar from the Rosenberger robbery and two packs of cigarettes from the pool room robbery. Attorneys H S Larrick will represent the family in the appeal.
