Speeding motorist jailed after 110 mph chase ends in crash
Norfolk man Robert Eugene Clark received three years in jail plus a $400 fine and a three year license suspension after a pursuit reaching 110 mph along a busy U S route. Richmond Traffic Judge Carleton Jewett called it the stiffest speeding penalty of his 20 year career.
