The interment of Joseph F. Bean 89 last member Mulligan Post Grand Army of the Republic took place Sunday afternoon in the National Cemetery. His wife Margaret Larrick Bean died 15 years ago and was buried with him at Mount Olive near Hayfield. The joint funeral service was led by Rev. George W. Stover and Rev. W H Sampsell of the United Brethren Church. Tributes were paid by Robert Y. Conrad Post American Legion six pallbearers stood as a firing squad and bugler honored the dead.
