Virginia, Oct 7 Mrs Herbert Hoover arrived from Washington in Girl Scout uniform to greet scouts at the Cavalier Hotel Norfolk and attend a convention session. She praised attendees and invited the group to the White House tomorrow, with plans for her banquet address to be broadcast nationally.
Mrs Raymond Robins, wife of Colonel Robins who vanished September 3, told Prohibition Bureau officials she is convinced bootleggers abducted her husband. In Washington as Hoover White House guest, she conferred with Amos W. Woodcock for two hours and planned a talk with President Hoover. Robins disappeared after leaving a New York City club and Washington hotel and did not keep a September 6 Hoover engagement.
