Local option election ordered for Frederick County Virginia
The court adjudges the number of qualified voters signing the petition over 821 and orders the Frederick County election officials to open polls on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November 1968 to decide by ballot if mixed alcoholic beverages may be sold by restaurants under Virginia law. Counsel for complainant is Joseph A. Massie Jr. of Massie and Snarr Winchester Virginia.
