The Bacon County Hospital administrator announced the last two of the four babies died while two remained in fair condition. The mother Mrs Dorothy Morris was not informed immediately. The father expressed shock saying Where are we going to put all of them. The quads weighed about three pounds each and were placed in incubators. The couple from near Douglas expected only one child.
