The event will be marked by a farewell at city hall at 8 45 a m with Dr C R Angerson and local officials.
The CIO S W O C outlined a broad drive targeting mostly the “little steel” plants including Republic Steel Inland Steel and Youngstown Sheet and Tube as part of an intensive campaign announced by Philip Murray at the CIO convention.
