Born October 18 1857 in Franklin County Pa she moved to Frederick County as a child and spent most of her life in Virginia. She was active in Kent Street Presbyterian Church and later in Loudoun Street Church. Married 59 years ago October 31 1878.

First of 10 000 Are Being Moved To Decent Homes

No Time Set For Russell Sentence
It was learned this afternoon from Elkins West Virginia that Judge Baker has not set a definite time for sentencing J. Richard Russell who pleaded guilty to embezzlement of funds of the defunct Farmers Bank and Trust Company at Charles Town West Virginia. It is believed sentence may not be passed until near the close of the term. Russell is alleged to have misappropriated upwards of a half million dollars of the bank funds.
