Martinsburg officials report that Ridgeway Berkeley County West Virginia nine miles from Winchester on the Pennsylvania Railroad will host a new $10,000,000 auto plant. Attorneys are examining titles to about 2,500 acres with deeds to follow. options total about 2,600 acres at roughly $200 an acre. William Jordan of Detroit head the financiers backing the project and have eliminated other sites.
