Mrs. Fannie O. Whitacre 81 widow of Levi Whitacre died suddenly at 8 30 pm at her daughter’s Gore home after brief illness. A man with a summons for reckless driving in his pocket drove into a three car collision on state highway No 26 in Woodbridge New Jersey. Three women were killed two decapitated by a truck wheel. Towson Maryland May 31 station master R A Miller of the Maryland and Pennsylvania Railroad is missing with police believing he was attacked robbed and kidnapped. Two Are Given Jail Sentences In Police Court
Judge Weems disposed of two cases this morning. Melvin McKee of White Hall Virginia was found guilty of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and fined 100 dollars plus costs, one month in jail, and one year license suspension. J McIntyre of 19 North Avenue was found guilty of illegal possession of intoxicants and fined 25 dollars plus costs and one month in jail. Arrests were on Cork Street yesterday by City Officer Cline and State Policeman Bayliss.
