Two Front Royal Men Injured In Motor Collision
Morrison and Judge Olmstead were injured when a Ford driven by Howard W. Rinker sideswiped Morrison’s Chevrolet coupe on the Front Royal road near Cedarville. Morrison suffered head injuries and Olmstead a shoulder injury. both were treated in Front Royal. Rinker’s car sustained about 50 dollars in damage. Morrison’s about 250. Robbers Hold Up Mail Sack Loot in Conshohocken
Three masked men robbed a Reading Company mail car in Conshohocken pa today taking two sacks from the station platform. One sack contained 17000 in cash destined for payrolls of seven factories from the Federal Reserve Bank money. A second sack with parcel post contents was later found slit open a mile away. The loot was in small bills and the robbers fled toward Norristown in an automobile.
