Local Shooters Win Washington Trapshoot Despite Close Races
Winchester Gun Club members traveled to Washington for the District of Columbia registered shoot. The local five man team won the team race across 200 targets per man 100 singles and 100 doubles with 851 1000 to Washington 845 1000. About 65 shooters attended. Claude B Stickley tied in Class A doubles with 83 100 but lost the shoot off. R T Jones won Class C doubles with 16 20 to 14 20. The Winchester lineup included Stickley Seabright Cuthbert Jones and Pingley.
