Suit to settle partnership and enforce judgment on farm in Frederick County
In The Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Frederick County on May 13 1916 Eudora Orissa Keyser sues Elmer Elsworth Keyser and unknown heirs of Elizabeth H Keyser. The suit seeks to rectify a judgment of 2130 88 with interest from Aug 1 1915 and costs and to subject Elmer Elsworth Keyser's interest in a 165 acre Bartonsville farm to the judgment. It seeks a settlement of partnership accounts and a decree that Elmer holds a one half undivided interest in the farm and that the court may sell the interest and apply proceeds to the judgment. Unknown heirs of Elizabeth H Keyser are defendants of unknown interest. They must appear within 15 days and a notice is to be published in The Winchester Evening Star for four weeks and posted at the county courthouse.
