Hughes and a past due car lien led to seizure of Clatterbuck’s license. Trial set for ten o'clock Monday. he released on his own recognizance pending the 2 PM hearing this afternoon.

Thomas A. Ritter lifelong Frederick county resident died at 1 20 oclock this morning at his son in law and daughters home on the Grover Schlack farm. Cause was a heart attack. Benjamin Franklin Smoot 58 of Reliance Warren county died suddenly yesterday in Middletown of heart trouble while talking with friends beside Everley’s store.
