Chicago market notes corn edged higher on rain prospects while wheat eased on Liverpool price setbacks. Hogs and cattle mixed with futures and spot prices in Chicago and Lancaster reports. government bonds and Baltimore produce also cited.
Local market listings show prices for creamery and country butter at .26 for bulk, mixed feeds at 1.30, middlings and screenings around 1.25 to 1.30, shell corn and screenings listed, scratch feed at 1.40, hogs and cows noted with unit prices, and various grains for livestock feed in Middifriga and Petree regions. Names of products include corn meal, shelled corn, local flour, and country butter with multiple vendors and price points.
