Winchester stockholders of the American Gas Improvement Company met at the Handley Library to approve proxies for separating the Winchester gas project. Attorney T Russell Cather outlined that the AGI company defaulted on further investments and that a receiver could claim the money. Arthur D. Henning a retired business man of this city died at home on Stewart street after a lengthy illness. He was 62 and formerly operated a confectionery shop and worked with Denny Clowe Jewelry and Russell and Green. Survived by his widow and two daughters Mary Louise Henning and Mrs E B Lowry.
