Old Timer Clues Hint Prehistoric Humans in Rio Grande Valley
Anthropologists report a finely finished dart point from a Sandia mountains cave near Albuquerque supports a pre 10 000 year old presence in the Rio Grande Valley. Dr. Frank Hibben of the University of New Mexico says the find could push back humanity’s entry into America and possibly precede the Folsom migration by thousands of years. The cave remains sealed to protect the site.
