Atlanta Arts Festival grows from a backyard start to major Southern event
Twelve years after a few housewives and artists hung paintings in an Atlanta courtyard the Atlanta Arts Festival has become a large non profit show in Piedmont Park. The weeklong festival features painting sculpture crafts photography and design with works for sale and diverse performing arts. Free open grounds showcase community spirit with awards grants and commissions supporting artists and groups from the South.
