In Frederick County Circuit Court a jury returned a verdict in favor of L Marshall Baker against Metro Goldwyn Mayer Distributing for 2425 dollars. Substitutions of titles were admitted by the company and Baker claimed payment for 29 films already shown. The judge ruled substitutions breached the contract.
