Buck brothers held in MacMath kidnapping case at Harwichport
Kenneth and Cyril Buck were arrested by Massachusetts state police in Harwichport. Cyril acted as go-between and Kenneth wore a black hood in the car during the abduction of Margaret MacMath. Needham said the raid targets a kidnapping gang and outlined the $70,000 ransom plan. Mrs Buck wept, saying she had not seen her husband since the night of contact.

Two Women Die In York Bus Crash
In York Pennsylvania today a motor bus skidded on a muddy highway, struck a concrete culvert, and crashed into another bus.
