In Chestertown Maryland a 33 year old ash blonde divorcee Lillian Lucille Becker of Los Angeles was arrested near the town after a series of dormitory thefts at Washington College and other Maryland Pennsylvania and Virginia schools. Police recovered stolen clothing jewelry from her car and linked her to break ins at Hood College Goucher Wilson Penn Hall Mary Washington and Gettysburg College. Dean Amanda Bradley reported seeing a stranger in the dormitory hall and two Baltimore coeds Barbara Henley and Nancy Bavis followed the suspect as she fled, obtaining the license plate.
