Richmond March 16 Gary Peery named an unan imous nine member control board to inaugurate Virginia s new liquor control program next week. The group includes Heth Tyler R M C Bullington and T Mcall Frazier with terms ranging one to five years and a $7500 salary. The board will oversee a dual system a state liquor monopoly dispensaries and private wine beer licenses while law takes effect March 22. Two members hail from Richmond and Norfolk and openings for first liquor stores are expected in those cities.
