Virginia firm Berryville AF Inc bought Audley Farms a Clarke County 893 acre horse farm from Audley Inc. for 2 million dollars. Initial directors were Harvey Sadow Philip Franks and Henry Whiting with signatures by Caroline Holdsworth Barbara Sambo and Jeffrey Fox. Edwards previously bought the estate in 1955 and remains involved in racing interests.
