Clarke County Roads and Berryville Bridge State Property
The Clarke County Circuit Court order confirms that the Berryville to Charles Town pike segment in Clarke County and the Berry's Ferry bridge were owned by Clarke County but will be maintained as part of the State highway system. The State Highway Commission will assume two pikes and the bridge, on condition of transfer to the Commonwealth, a step already completed by the Clarke supervisors.
