Viet Cong broadcasts that the Special Forces camp at Ben Het in the central highlands is encircled and under attack. Driver Training Range Planned by Three Counties
The Highway Safety Commissions of Winchester Frederick and Clarke Counties voted to pursue a driver training range on the Dowell J. Howard Vocational School site. Accused Man Charged in Entry Attempt
Paul Jackson Foster 38 of Manassas released on murder bail is jailed again in Warren County on charges of attempting to break and enter an occupied dwelling with intent to assault occupants and intimidate witnesses.
