Promoter Herman Hable announces a new community theatre in Winchester with local labor, a fireproof design, and facilities for amateur productions. The appellate division of the New York Supreme Court unanimously removed Magister Jean Norris from the bench after finding four of five malfeasance counts sustained. She was found to have prejudiced a vagrant girl’s case by altering records and to have engaged in judicial misconduct including stock purchases in a bail bonding company and allowing exploitation advertising for money. Norris, 54, widow and noted leader in women's activities, was internationally known as the first woman magistrate.

Auto Hits Truck Off Side Road Near Middletown
