Thing Seen Near Berryville By Clarke County Doctor
Dr. Frank E. Tappan Berryville physician and county coroner reported a large semi transparent balloon shaped object seen yesterday afternoon on the mountain in Clarke County. He watched it for about an hour and a half traveling roughly 50 miles toward Frederick Maryland as a possible observation balloon.
