George Smallwood 11 son of Mrs. Agnes Smallwood of 660 Virginia Ave. died in a Washington hospital from head injuries suffered Monday when riding to a church school at Aldie Va. He had been visiting a sister in Winchester after school let out. A passing van’s outside mirror struck him after he extended his head from the bus window. State police issued an alarm for the truck but could not locate it. He leaves three sisters, including Mrs. Maurice Trenary.
